In order to access certain resources on the website, it is necessary that the user is logged in. Members of the society can request user credentials from the society digital archivist. Because there are several systems that make up the digital archive, there are actually several places that you may have to log in. The process is made simple by a single login granting access to many resources. Note however, that different aspects grant access for different times and so sometimes you may be asked to enter your credentials again. This page explains how to log in to all of the different parts.
Once you have become a member and have your credentials, you can login as follows.
Logging in to the Website
Click, either the Log in button at the top left of any page or click Member Resources on the main menu and select Member Login.


Clicking either of those will open a up a login page that looks like the picture on the left. Note that sometimes this opens as a full page in your browser and sometimes it can open in a small separate window elsewhere on your screen so be sure to look for it if nothing seems to have happened.
Fill in your credentials as provided by the Digital Archivist and click Sign In.
You should then be directed back to the home page and the Log in button should have changed to a Log out button.
Now that you are logged in, you should have access to all the resources under the Members Resources Menu. Details on how to access each of those is given below.
Members PhotoPrism Login
Firstly, make sure that you are logged in on the website as described above. Then click on Members Resources in the main menu and then PhotoPrism gallery.
If you are presented with the screen on the right, all that you have to do is click the green ‘Continue with OpenID’ button. You will then be taken into members PhotoPrism. If you have already clicked that button within the past few hours, you should be taken directly into PhotoPrism without ever seeing that screen.


NAS Desktop Login
Firstly, make sure that you are logged in on the website as described above. Then, in order to gain access to the NAS desktop, click on Members Resources in the main menu and then NAS Desktop.
If you are presented with the screen on the left, all that you have to do is make sure that you are on the SSO Authentication tab and not the “Sign in to DSM’ tab. Then click the blue button with the white arrow (). You will then be taken into the NAS Desktop. If you have already clicked that button within the past few hours, you should be taken directly into the NAS desktop without ever seeing that screen.

Synology Photos Login
Click on Members Resources in the main menu and then Synology Photo Gallery.
Firstly, make sure that you are logged in on the website as described above. Then, in order to gain access to Synology Photos, click on Members Resources in the main menu and then Synology Photo Gallery.
If you are presented with the screen on the left, all that you have to do is make sure that you are on the SSO Authentication tab and not the “Sign in to DSM’ tab. Then click the blue button with the white arrow (). You will then be taken into Synology Photos. If you have already clicked that button within the past few hours, you should be taken directly into Synology Photos without ever seeing that screen.

Synology Drive Login
Click on Members Resources in the main menu and then Drive.
Firstly, make sure that you are logged in on the website as described above. Then, in order to gain access to Drive, click on Members Resources in the main menu and then Drive.
If you are presented with the screen on the left, all that you have to do is make sure that you are on the SSO Authentication tab and not the “Sign in to DSM’ tab. Then clickthe blue button with the white arrow (). You will then be taken into Synology Drive. If you have already clicked that button within the past few hours, you should be taken directly into Synology Drive without ever seeing that screen.
Troubleshooting

If after filling in your credentials and clicking Sign In, you are presented with a screen like that on the left, click login with OpenID Connect. You should then be logged in as normal. This can happen if there are network problems.
